1. Select the appropriate carrier. Check your sailing confirmation email for details on which carrier has your cargo.
2. Click on the icon, and you will be redirected to the carriers website.
3. Enter the container # provided on your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment in real-time.
4. Make sure that you get in touch with the agent at the destination prior to picking up your vehicle or cargo, to get accurate information as to when the car or cargo will be available for collection from their warehouse. Not contacting the agent may create additional expenses for customers as there is a procedure that must be followed at the destination prior to releasing vehicles or cargo.
